Rescheduling

Appointments can be re-scheduled with 48 hour notice at no charge.

I appreciate allowing enough time to schedule another guest without incurring a loss of business. ♡

 

Late Arrivals

If a guest is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may need to reschedule. If tardiness is reoccurring, an “Extra Service Time Add-On” will be booked at future visits to compensate for needed timing adjustments.

I’m working hard to ensure little to no wait time for everyone and appreciate your cooperation.


Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 per service to the credit card on file, as this is not enough time replace the cost of business. I appreciate your understanding.

 

Re-Do’s

 If you’re having challenges with a hair service, let me know within 10 days from the service being performed so I can properly analyze and access any needed changes.

I will do everything in my power to make sure you are 100% happy with your finished look!

 

No Show’s

No-Show appointments will incur a no-show fee of $40 per service and charged to the credit card on file 1 hour after the occurrence. All fees must be paid before a new appointment may be booked.

 

Children & Pets

My studio is designed for limited persons at a time.

. Please let me know ahead of time for any accompanying visitors; service animals included!

I will do my best to make everyone comfortable!


Retail Returns & Exchanges

 

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I welcome exchanges or returns within 30 days of purchase date so long as product is at least 75% full.
